Aerospace, manufacturing, and shipbuilding industries strive to enhance their competitiveness by optimizing material utilization improving production processes. The investment casting process offers the capability fabricate intricate precise components using a diverse range of alloys. However, this method is not without its drawbacks, including high manufacturing costs significant rate defective castings, which can reach up 30 %. These defects primarily arise from stresses imposed on wax patterns ceramic molds, leading distortion. To address issue, efforts have been made reduce stress employing compacted powders for patterns. relaxation in remains concern as it result elastic deformation subsequent alterations final product dimensions. mitigate series tests were conducted with objective studying under constant compression strain, described Kohlrausch equation. obtained results provide valuable insights that enable prediction ultimate dimensions created different grades wax.
